Holli Baumunk, Vice President of the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation for
seven years, was named President & CEO of the Colorado BioScience Association, effective
July 12, 2010. As Vice President at the Metro Denver Network – which eventually was restructured to become the Metro Denver
Economic Development Corporation – Baumunk led efforts to get national site selectors focused on Metro Denver through
highly notable Site Selection Conferences. Actively
involved in bioscience business community, Baumunk served as a Business Advisory Council member to develop CBSA’s Strategic
Plan; she also serves as a Board Member, Past Treasurer, and Founding Board Member of Co-Labs. She
is Past Chair and Board member of Red Rocks Community College for eight years and is a graduate of the City of Lakewood’s
Leadership Program. Baumunk received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business
from the University of Colorado and is certified as an Economic Development Finance Professional by the National Development
Council.
