Chief Financial Officer, The Petroleum Place, Inc., Denver, Colorado, 1999-2003. Jeff raised and
managed over $140 million in cash for the company and its subsidiaries, and completed over 15 mergers, acquisitions or equity
placements. Additionally, during his tenure, the company grew from under $2million to over $50million in annual revenues.
Chief Financial Officer, GeoGraphix, Inc., Denver, Colorado, later Landmark
Graphics, Houston, Texas which eventually became the Landmark/GeoGraphix division of Halliburton, all told 1993-1998. Each
entity relied upon Jeff's expertise in the complex areas of capital and private equity placement, investment management, and
mergers and acquisitions.
Chief Financial Officer, Avalon Imaging, Inc.,
Boulder, Colorado, 1998-1999. Jeff joined Avalon at the request of the board of directors with the short-term goals of revenue
and expense management and private equity sourcing all with the long-term goal of selling the company. The company was sold
in 1999.
Chief Financial Officer, e2 Business Services
Inc and BlueCreek Energy, Inc., Denver, Colorado, 2003-2006. Jeff joined e2/BlueCreek, a natural gas marketing, exploration
and production company, with the objectives of capital and equity sourcing, placement and management, corporate mergers and
acquisitions and oil and gas property analysis and acquisition.
Qualifications
Jeff brings to The Holben Group high-level, corporate portfolio
management experience, with a broad range of experience from private equity to mergers and acquisitions. "I've managed
major companies with the same goals I now apply on behalf of individuals here at The Holben Group: goal based investments
with the over-riding strategies of capital preservation and enhancement," Jeff says.
